Plants and lines for processing tomatoes are made taking into account the production capacity and the type of final product to be obtained.
The lines consist of receiving and sorting units, enzyme inactivation, hot break and cold break systems, juice extraction groups, evaporators, concentrators, dicing machines, sterilizers and aseptic fillers.
Each individual machine and entire lines are designed in such a way as to guarantee delicate processing, paying special attention to production volumes, consumption and durability.
