FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE THE LINE

The versatility of the fillers lies in the fact that they can be filled into bags with a volume of 3, 5, 10, 20, 200 and 1,000 l with various types of caps. Fillers are equipped with various filling systems (with flow meter or by weight) and can work with any type of caps or necks available on the market.

Cans/necks can be sterilized by steam, sterile air, or chemical disinfectants.

Fillers can be attached to aseptic sterilizers of various types: pipe-in-pipe, scraper, plate, flash cooler and radiofrequency.

Fillers can also be connected to automatic molders of cardboard boxes and to other equipment that completes the line.

INTUITIVE RELATIONSHIP INDUSTRIAL SUPERVISION (IRIS)

In the units, the entire production cycle is controlled by a new system
INTUITIVE RELATIONSHIP INDUSTRIAL SUPERVISION (IRIS), which includes an industrial computer with a touch screen and a PLC.

All physical process parameters are monitored and controlled by sensors and electronic devices that send data to the PLC and IRIS.
Special software developed for aseptic installations monitors the sterility/aseptic conditions of the product according to the specific parameters of the product being processed.

Each component of the lines is under constant monitoring, and the system can send diagnostics directly to the after-sales office to prevent any type of problems.

Machines can be connected to information systems of suppliers and carriers in order to create a real Industria 4.0 network.

MAINTENANCE AND MECHANICAL SERVICING

The company also provides on-site training for personnel in order to carry out the safe and autonomous use of machines and installed equipment. A well-organized after-sales service office is in constant contact with customers after purchasing the equipment.

Technicians are continuously trained; they carry out interventions on the equipment and lines of customers. In constant contact with the central office, technicians replace damaged parts or carry out the necessary interventions. At the end of the technical intervention, technicians launch the equipment to check its functionality and operability. In this way, efficiency and stability over a long period of time is guaranteed.

QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY

The company has created an efficient and punctual organization for the dispatch of spare parts in a short time.

The spare parts department handles customer inquiries and, in cooperation with the after-sales department, discusses and implements the maintenance program.

This procedure is necessary for the advance planning and management of the manufacturing cycles of the equipment. All spare parts are made of high-quality materials and are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

Due to the fact that the electronically equipped and managed STAR Pegaso 5000 warehouse is located at the central office, most of the spare parts are almost always available and ready for shipment in the shortest possible time.
